Payment Terms: All payments for services rendered are due as per the agreed-upon schedule in the Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement, a deposit may be required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at agreed milestones.

Non-refundable Payments: Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as these cover the time and resources allocated to your project. Any exceptions will be explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.

Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services, delay in project delivery, or the application of late payment fees as specified in the Service Agreement. IA Design Web reserves the right to withhold deliverables (including website files, login credentials, and final logo files) until full payment is received.

Pricing Changes: IA Design Web reserves the right to change service fees, processing fees, or any other fee that may be charged by IA Design Web at any time, at the sole discretion of IA Design Web and upon reasonable notice posted in advance on the Site or communicated directly to clients for future projects.

Client Responsibilities: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you hold for your projects, including any access credentials provided by IA Design Web for collaborative platforms or website drafts. You agree to notify IA Design Web immediately of any unauthorized use of your project access or any other breach of security. IA Design Web cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to comply with these obligations.

Intellectual Property of Client Work: Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the Service Agreement, upon full and final payment for services rendered, all intellectual property rights for the website designs and logos created specifically for the client by IA Design Web will be transferred to the client. Until full payment is received, IA Design Web retains all rights to the work.

IA Design Web reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate services without reference to you or disallow your access to our website should we believe (in our discretion) that you are in breach of any of these terms and conditions, the Service Agreement, or due to failure to pay applicable fees. IA Design Web shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever arising from your inability to access any project files or deliverables due to a breach of terms.
